Does this sound familiar?
You want to get to a place where you can let go of self-doubt and negative messages of:
- My life is nonsense
- I need to do better
- I always make the wrong choice
- I don’t like looking at myself in the mirror
- I cannot take a break, that means I am lazy.
- They are going to think I’m a failure if I need to ask for help.
To maybe being able to comfortably and confidently live your life by knowing the following messages are true:
- I can trust myself
- I am beautiful
- I am worthy
- I do belong
- I am successful
- I deserve to rest
- I can ask for help
- I do believe all of these thoughts above!
I know that it can be so challenging sometimes to live up to everyone else’s standards that you sometimes get lost of what it is you truly want! Perhaps it’s confusing and foggy to know how to even change it.
There is doubt that you may not know what to do and worry that you are stuck in your life being on repeat. I get it!
In this course, you will take a deep dive in learning how to identify ways you can take care of yourself in ways that are attainable, realistic, and consistent.
You will be given templates, worksheets, and tools to be able to explore how to engage in self-love and self-compassion.
You will learn how to let go of imposter syndrome and perfectionism, two major blocks that get in the way of your self-esteem and feeling confident in yourself.
You will find ways to accept your worth and most importantly, how to maintain all this progress and hard work!
At the end of this course, you will be saying “bye and thank you” to the woman who fought her way to get you here and saying “Hello, let’s do this” to the new woman who is ready to live life to her fullest.
Why am I sharing a course focused on individuals and not couples?
I know my other courses focus on relationship skill building, but throughout my work over the years, I have found that sometimes some blocks to experiencing connection may be due to the lack of connection we have with ourselves. This is why I decided to expand my courses to also include ways to improve individually! You will soon begin to notice how the relationships around you will quickly grow!

I have been studying relationships since 2010 in many different capacities. From research labs and dissecting couple conversations, to teaching relationship workshops in the community, analyzing data and writing research papers, to now working with couples more directly in a private practice setting and online. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with couples, I understand the importance of setting your relationship up for success and giving your relationship a boost!
I often hear that taking the time to learn about your relationship means "there is something wrong with it" or "that your relationship is bad." But I'm here to say that taking the time to learn about your relationship only means that you care about it, are making it a priority, and want to ensure that you know the skills to maintain the happiness you are experiencing. By taking the time to learn different skills for your relationship, means you are saying this is important to you.
I have also began to share some courses that focus on self-compassion, letting go of self-doubt, and improving self-care. I have found that for some people, this has been a block for them to experience closeness with others. Be sure to check out the variety of courses offered to you.
I hope you enjoy this course and please feel free to ask me any questions!
